We have the honor to introduce our company Nyki Shipping Odessa, located in the famous seaport Odessa, Ukraine.
Nyki Shipping was founded in 2007 as the branch office of the Dutch Company Q-Shipping B.V .
The main purpose of our agency is to render qualitative services to the European Companies in the sphere of recruitment of competent, well-experienced , duly certified Ukrainian ship staff according to the international requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for all types of vessels, such as coasters, dry cargo vessels, bulkers, multipurpose vessels, containers, oil/chemical tankers and others.
During these years we have gathered the great pool of the seafarers, who have large nautical experience, good knowledge of English and all the documents necessary in compliance with STCW 95 requirements.
Our system and procedures ensure that a high standard is maintained in the provision of our services and that the client requirements are complied with.
Our main clients are the Dutch and Belgian Companies with well-known names and good reputation in shipping business, which helps us to keep up the high retention rate of seafarers since the day of our foundation.
Nyki Shipping Odessa is fully furnished with all necessary documents: National License for Recruitment Services, Certificate of Quality Management System Conformity in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, MLC certificate in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 1.4, Standard A 1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention,2006 , which are required by Ship Owners all over the world Our agency has annual audit by Mediterranean Shipping Register, as well as internal audits several times per year in order to improve our quality and standards.

- providing either complete or partial crews
- leading the documentation of the date base
- booking flights,
- visa arrangements
- arranging crew changes, communication with agents
- arranging of the flag state documents
- arranging of monthly wage slips of seafarers according to the cashbox reports of the Masters
- verification of the authenticity of the docs
- supply of the working clothes
- arranging of Medical Examination Test, European Medical Examination Tests
